About the Event

Lovingkindness can be learned and practiced through Mindful Meditation. This course will introduce the basic elements to look ourselves and others with kindness instead of criticism, and focusing our attention on inclusion and caring.  This course will run on Saturdays, February 5 - March 12, 2022 from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Also included is an optional silent sitting meditation (via zoom) on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays for 20 mins at 7:30 am.

To begin with, you can sit comfortably and relax. Just be at ease. It helps if your back can be straight without being strained or over-arched. You can close your eyes or not, however you feel comfortable.


  • Mindful Meditation

    This course is running on Saturday from February 5 - March 12, 2022. Also includes an optional silence sitting by zoom on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 20 mins via zoom at 7:30 am.
