About the Event

It has been demonstrated that meditation can improve your quality of life with many added benefits. It can also be practiced from anywhere and allows you to connect to your higher self. Meditation also helps to:

  • reduce stress
  • control anxiety
  • promote emotional health
  • enhance self-awareness
  • lengthen attention span
  • reduce age-related memory loss
  • generate kindness
  • fight addictions
  • improve sleep
  • control pain
  • decrease blood pressure

For 21 days, we will be holding space to meditate as a community via Zoom. Each meditation session will begin and end with the sound of the crystal ringing bowl. It is important that you find the right space for you to sit or lay in silence. We ask that you keep your camera. If you are unable to join for any session, we highly encourage you to find another time during the day to sit for 30 minutes in silence to maintain continuity.
