About the Event

It has been demonstrated that meditation can improve your quality of life with many added benefits. It can also be practiced from anywhere and allows you to connect to your higher self. Meditation also helps to:

  • reduce stress

  • control anxiety

  • promote emotional health

  • enhance self-awareness

  • lengthen attention span

Since class live on Zoom, all you will need is a quiet space, a phone, tablet or computer, your yoga mat, and if possible a blanket. Position your recording device 7-8 ft away from your mat. If possible, practice near a white or solid colored background and try to avoid wearing dark-colored clothing. 

 

If you have already used Zoom on your device, just click on the link at our meeting time. If you have never used Zoom before, it is very easy to get set up.  

 

SET UP: If you will be on a computer that is using Zoom for the first time, give yourself 10 minutes before the meeting time to click on the link I will send you before class and follow the prompts to download the software. If you are using a phone or tablet that is using Zoom for the first time, you will need to download the Zoom app: search for ZOOM Cloud Meetings.

 

Once the app is downloaded you can click on the link I sent to enter the meeting and it will take you directly into the app. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat, wherever you are.
